Fitness on Sunday's!


So I've got a new workout plan for June. I can't wait to start it. I also have to buy three different sized dumb bells, 3 Ib, 5 Ib, and an 8 Ib. I also think this workout will get every part of my body that I've been looking to tone. Plus, It's a whole bunch of workouts strung together to make up a fun week of different workouts on each day. I'm excited and I can't wait until it happens. So yeah, I'll let you know what it's like after a week.
