Here is my Workout Goal...
Every day at 6 pm, I take a bike ride through my neighborhood. When I get back I grab a glass of water and do depending on the day(which is set up every other day) my core exercises or my No - Excuses Workout. After I do this, I do 3 reps of 25 sit ups each every night before bed and I also do 15 girl push ups because I'm not strong enough to do the man ones(I know it sucks, right.) and I also like to do squats while watching TV if I can. It all really depends on my mood and time of day. I didn't do my sit ups last night, oops.
