Fitness on Sunday's!

03/20 - This is Last Sunday's post. Sorry I'm still so far behind with my posts. Hopefully I'll be able to make up for it by posting two a day until I'm all caught up. Thanks for being so patient with me.

Have you ever wanted to put a little pilates in your life? I know some may think this exercise workout is right for them while others think pilates is a waste of time. I personally think pilates is fine. All you really have to do is listen to the instructor and mimic their moments the best you can. So Pilates is a lot like Yoga? Except that you are doing moves in a much faster manner and you are normally out of breath much faster than in yoga where you hold poses a little longer. So hey, why not at least try it before you say oh, it's not right for me. It all really depends on the exercisers point of view and what they want to get out of a workout.
