Health/Fitness on Sunday's

Welcome,

Today I wanted to do something simple. I don't really have any certain fitness workout in mind so I thought I'd just tell you all about some of my favorite Yoga Poses. So here it goes...

Downward-Facing Dog Pose:


Extended Triangle Pose:


Cat Pose:

Plank Pose:



These four poses I feel are the most commonly used in Yoga.  I don't know if they are seen as the easiest or if it is simply just a way that everyone starts out in Yoga. I just know I have been doing these moves for years now. The Plank Pose hurts when you are doing it in a set of moves.
